Kurdistan Health Ministry reports 8 new Coronavirus cases, in Slemani and Halabja, according a statement issued Friday March 13, 2020.

The Ministry of Health said in a statement, "We recorded 7 new coronavirus infection cases during our ongoing medical examination process in Slemani,"

The statement added, "Six of the cases were from the family of the imam of the mosque, who died due to Coronavirus, and the other remaining case is a person who returned from Italy,".

In a another statement published lately on Friday night, Slemani health announced recording o another coronavirus case, who is a 48 year old man, returned from Iran, and was quarantined formerly.
