On Wednesday Feb 19, 2020, Qubad Talabani, deputy PM of Kurdistan Region and Mmember of Leadership Council of Patriotic Union of Kurdistan met up with Osman Baydemir, a prominent Kurdish politician, in Slemani.

"With fellow PUK Leadership members Saadi Pire and Harem Kamal Agha, I warmly welcomed my good friend and prominent Kurdish politician Osman Baydemir" Talabani said on his Facebook account.

According to the information gained by PUKNOW, both sides agreed that wise policies, dialogue, and unified positions are key to solving the issues confronting the Kurdish people.
