On Tuesday, Oct 5, Qubad Talabani, President of the Kurdistan Coalition,  met up with the Kakais ethnicity in Kirkuk city.

In the meeting, Qubad Talabani reiterated that the Kakais are a major and important component in Kirkuk and the whole of Kurdistan, and the Kurdistan Coalition will defend their rights and entitlements.

He also added that the Kurdistan Coalition candidates work to provide them with better services.

In turn, the Kakais pledged support for Qubad Talabani and all the candidates of the Kurdistan Coalition, emphasizing that the success of the Kurdistan Coalition is their responsibility to protect coexistence and peace in the city.
