The Co-Leader of PUK, Bafel Talabani, conveyed a congratulatory message to the Gorran Movement on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of the movement's foundation, on Sunday, Jul 25.

Respected General Coordinator of the Change Movement, members of the executive and national assemblies of Goran movement,

On the occasion of the 12th anniversary of the announcement and establishment of the Gorran Movement, we convey our warmest congratulations to you, the members and supporters of the movement.

The Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and the region are now going through harsh political and economic situations, and for this reason it is necessary for us to unite our forces and abilities to overcome challenges and obtain our national and constitutional rights.

As PUK, on this occasion, we reiterate the continuation of our efforts towards the triumph of the Kurdistan Coalition and to gain the demands of the people, and we work towards the success of the project of reform which will be the answer to the demands of all sides.

Today, the people of Kurdistan expect more from the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the Gorran Movement so as to take great measures, in the political and the national project. The establishment of a stable Kurdistan and the strengthening of our region requires the support and unity of all parties.
