Head of the PUK Foreign Relations Office, Soran Jamal Taher, participated in the inauguration of the Consulate General of the Republic of Armenia in KRI, in Erbil.

‏After removing the drapes over the inscription on the Consulate’s Building, national anthems of Armenia and the Kurdistan Region were played. Mr. Artak Apitonian, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister, welcomed the guests and talked about strengthening the historical relation between Armenia and the Kurdistan Region.

‏In the ceremony, the Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister, Armenian Ambassador, and Armenian Consul General asked PUK to convey Armenia’s gratitude to PUK Co-presidents and PUK Relations Bureau for all their support and cooperation in the past.
