Dr. Jamal Nabaz, Kurdish author, academician and philosopher dies today on December 8, at the age of 85 in Germany.

Nabaz was born in 1933 in Sulaimani city, at the start of his education he was studying Islamic theology then started studying Psychology, Physic, Philosophy and Mathematic later in life.

He has taught lectures in Hawler, Kerkuk, Basra and Baghdad, and at the age of 28 he has gone to Europe for finishing his education in Physic and Mathematic.

Jamal Nabaz was author and translator of many published academic works.

He died today at a hospital in Germany, after a tough struggle with an illness.
